It all depends on the extra dollars they are willing to pay for the NDA.

If one or more of the Js offerred $10M purely for inclusion of the NDA in the agreement, what would you do?

The middle ground here is to agree to the NDA (if it's a deal-breaker, or the extra money is big enough), and then for our team to disclose an aggregate figure, thereby complying with the intent of the NDA(s) by not disclosing specifically who paid how much of that aggregated dollar figure.

Another thing to consider. While the amount from one of the Js may not qualify as a "material event", certainly the aggregate amount from all three Js will, IMO. Thus, our team may have no choice but to reveal at least the aggregate figure (which is coming in one action) to comply with SEC regs.
