Going back to trail and an extension are two different items.... I do not rule out a extension completly...... From what we have read is run a tight ship but is also fair... He will not grant an extension if he thinks they are delay factors... or poor planning.... but if all side came to him and said we are about to settle we need a extension because we are settleing for three defandants... I feel he would grant this.... also going back to trial seems unlikely to me... he would only grant a 30 day stay if thier was a extremely good reason... once again all parties convinced him to do this,,, remember his docket is full!!

IMHO we will settle by the Dec 3rd... I feel thier is NO chance of going back to trial.... I would think it more likely for an extension thatn back to trial....
