That's a valid assumption, as Greeneyes also made.. and I certainly hope TTC are continuing to prepare for trial.. just in case.

But if all parties agreed to and requested a Stay, then all parties probably really want to find resolution within the 30 day Stay or at the very least shortly thereafter.
