I'm almost certain both parties agreed to a 'stay' submitted to JW. You're quoting an article from last March. Certainly PTSC/TPL & J2.5 were aware of this.

Did NTP have a Markman as favorable ? Also the 'stay' has no timetable. TPL/PTSC & J2.5 are a distinct 30 days. The USPTO would have no part of being cornered into making a hurried ruling.

The 'stay' that we've encountered can only be interpreted as a medium for settlement. IMO

I also think the market agrees with me since PTSCs' PPS has risen a full 50 % since the 'stay' order.
