Do you have any knowledge of or access to any kind of statistical information about how often stays result in settlement (if applicable to those cases) or how often stays result in some kind of action PRIOR to their full duration, such as a lifting of the stay, or amendment to the lawsuit, etc. etc.
I guess I'm wondering if it is more typical than not that a stay is issued, the stay duration passes, and the litigation process resumes without any major developments having taken place during the stay period.
