I don't care if it's today, tomorrow or next week to see whats going on with the TX case. More important will be result all parties have negotiated togehter.

As we meanwhile know PTSC/TPL very well :-) I'll I don't think that fact's and figures are include in the PR. Therefore in any event we have to wait till a SEC-filing etc. comes out.
