Yes. I too have bought the same way. I'm thinking someone is trading 5000 shares at a time from blocks of  say 100000. It kicks in to sell at say .61 and continues to do such.

Billwilke was thinking Swartz, I think the same. It would be interesting to see how much he has left. The only rationale that I can think is that they will not sit on their $ and desire to put in another investment. We have been sitting for a while on this investment, they have other fish to fry.

TPL also has a huge investment. Possibly they are trying to keep the price down on a takeover bid following trial and PTO win.

Any other ideas on why someone is trying to bring the the SP down?
