As an open ended question, I am curious to know what they typical turnaround time will be in re-examination - if that timeframe is measured in days, weeks or months.

I hope months, as to completely remove any opportunities for this to be part of any defendant strategy, and to encourage settlement (assumed) to finally close....promptly!
