Ok, the mediation took place. Afte which both parties asked the judge for an early ruling on the ACP. I've heard everyone say that had it not gone in TPL's favor that they (TPL) would have immediately appealed.

Is this true? Could they have immediately appealed or would they have to wait until after the case was decided?

This is killing my brain and i'm just looking to confirm again in my head that the defendants went into this 30 day stay to settle. 

Please help.

I would greatly appreciate it if someon could give me ten positive reasons reasons again for holding my full position.
