Wouldn't it make more since for PTSC to buy out/merge TPL thereby taking Alliacence public?  This would open TPL/Alliacence to the world and would likely give us enough umph to jump on to a big board.

That might put Moore and Leckrone in the drivers seat of the combined entity.
