Good point but the 400 infringers will not be new news.

If they can't convert that 400 to big $ in the quarters immediately after settlement their real potential could be under a shadow. It's that shadow that could keep PPS lower than it should be and thus delay all the opportunities that go with a higher PPS.

Alliancese needs to be well positioned with systems and capacity to make sure they can demonstrate continuing growth - mulitple quarters of increasing earnings. This should not require magic, just planning and execution. IMO
