I hear ya and I too do not always agree with what an attorney tells me (no offense intended to attorneys on this board). I only share their opinions and sometimes hold mine back as I feel they should understand the process better than I. I am on your side with the ACP issue, it seems very logical to me...but what do I know? Thing is, IMO, if there is a settlement announced soon, we may never know the truth on the ACP issue. Regarding the disclosure of settlement #'s, I see where they are coming from. They felt strongly that we would have to sign a NDA as part of the process, and that this was very routine. Yes, you always see #'s related to awards, but not always settlements. I have seen this myself more often than not, so I agree with them, but again..who knows? Anyways I enjoy the discussion, as it is interesting to me to strategize with the likes of you and others, and than watch how it all plays out. Hopefully, and I believe it will, play out in our favor, and than we can all meet up, have some drinks, look back and have a good laugh.....and than strategize who our next Patriot will be! LOL

Getting any rain up there? Cloudy and rainy down here....love this weather! We needed it, but unfortunately now we will start hearing about mud slides as a result of the burned out brush from the fires. Just can't win sometimes!
