in a recent post you said that if we let the time just expire on the stay, JW would fully expect all parties to be ready for trial........and that "you" as an attorney would not feel very good about asking JW for an "extension" of trial time for fear he might rip your head off....lol

my question is this; since we've missed jury selection which was scheduled for the first week of November and was part of the Court's scheduling..........how do we proceed now?
