This document presented by EH West from "our buddy" (lol) Dan Ravicher displays the heart of the case on the 336 presented against PTSC and TPL.

It seems obvious to me that acceptance or denial by PTO will tell the tale. I am sure that Moore and Fish have explicitly detailed that obviousness and prior art did not exist with the 336.

The results of this determination will cause J3 to sign on the dotted line or not. We can only pray that the patent will stand on its true merits. I am sure that the examiner has had his work cut out for him analyzing the data presented, especially prior art.

Judge Ward has made his determination. Let us pray the examiner sees it in the same light.
