I lost track of what they are actually reviewing. Based on this my prediction on what will happen:

1. Pacer will come out today extending stay. If not, all efforts will be toward continuing preparing for trial.

2. Decision by J3 won't arrive until PTO decision. This is their last chance for success. Timing of trial and PTO decision may be in our favor.

3. This should occur prior to or on Dec 21st/22nd.

4. Waiting is almost intolerable. I hope I am presenting the worst case scenario given the power of the MMP.
