What you requested is exactly the reason I don't want to give out this information. People calling and harrassing to verify what I have found out caused problems previously from one of the best posters on this board for another person and upset people in TX. The last thing we want to do is piss off USPTO.

Take what I have written which is true and understand that you either take it for what it's worth, my word or not. I don't want anyone else calling this person up. Leave it alone. The fact remains that we will know something at the extreme of December 27th or as soon as tomorrow. If we haven't heard by then, I will reveal the person I talked with.
