I have said what I am going to say on this subject. I am telling the truth and verify it if you must.

The important thing is that their should be a Pacer this evening and we should know the results of everything prior to January 1. I hope this gives some relief. This is all the relief that I can give myself. I wasn't sworn to secrecy by PTO but I'm just not going to tell you who I talked with except that it should be a person in the know.

What I'm trying to say is that for those people, concerned about a settlement today or tomorrow, it may not happen and don't stroke out! The concern grows daily and this is why nobody is talking. Head gave me the opportunity to get this piece of info out. Take it for what you believe its worth.
