I have no problems with anyone questioning or complaining.

Everyone has been waiting forever for a decision to be made. It is a trying time. We are all waiting for the next important Pacer. What we thought would be decided in November may take most of December to determine. Many are tense, angry, irritable and fed up with the lack of answers. Anxiety is the reason, peace of mind is the solution. "We'll have no wine before its time".

Decisions are days or a few weeks away. J3 will try to use PTO as their tactic to manipulate TPL or any other way they can. Either side would use this profitably at trial.

Bill, the best way to review what has been written would be to double click on my name and look back about 5/6 posts. I have been writing about this for some time. I may be wrong but I feel PTO decision is the key to the overall win. When you look back at Dutton reports, they dropped the price and rating dramatically because of PTO involvement which even with Markman and other successes has failed to rise back to their initial projections. I believe Dutton would raise their price by a dollar immediately if we get an OK from PTO. PUBPAT is a dangerous foe. This is taking Leckrone's best effort to attain victory. The thousands of pages submitted to them are evidence that TPL does not take this threat lightly.
