Please stop stating things as fact unless you can back it up.  You obviously can't, so please include an "IMO".

BTW, IMO, you are absolutely WRONG.  IMO, the USPTO had zero to do with Ward's granting of the Stay.  THINK!  If there were even a suspicion in the minds of our team that the Stay had anything directly to do with USPTO actions (where they KNOW how it's progressing, and the Js don't), there would have been no joint motion for a Stay, but an MSJ.

And blaming PTSC management for anything in the litigation or settlement realm is ridiculous.  Yup, PTSC is NOT in the driver's seat.  We KNOW this.  IMO, announcement SHOULD come from the people doing the driving.  No Turley comment?  So what?  The desired message was conveyed.  Or do you insist on them adding to the PR that JT said "ditto"?

Opinions with very weak basis IMO being stated as fact, and whining about management for things we KNOW they have no control over.....   Heck, I may go back and report ya!  LOL
