Exactly, the J's have lost the infringement issue all that is left is validity.

The ACP issue I felt was solely about validity, and what is interesting if the J's would have been able to maneuvre around that issue, it would have only proved that PTSC was the true owner of the 336 patent. Interesting since TPL is doing all the negoiations with them perhaps they were trying to treaten TPL with this issue in getting a favorable settlement. Who knows?

Guess we will have to wait to see the movie. LOL
