The next couple of days will get very interesting, imho.  Will our side file their own motion tomorrow, on their own or after JW requests a response?  Or will we just file a MSJ?  Either way, will JW agree to put this case on the shelf for a few weeks while the USPTO finishes its reviews?  I just can't see that happening unless he is given assurances that USPTO is about done, and even then he may refuse.
