I need some clarification.
You state:
1)How is Moore going to settle with PTSC when he has already granted rights for the technology to Intel in a licensing agreement? What does Moore have left with which a settlement could be negotiated?
2) ...but most judges would allow a reasonable time for negotiations, after which there would be an announcement that the decision was about to be rendered.
If TPL/Moore has granted rights, I agree - there`s nothing really left to negotiate. They`ve taken a stand. Given this be the case, I don`t see how Fogel would even consider a break - TPL`s locked in.
