That had patents under re-exam while signing 26 major players with the blessing of all their respective patent attorneys, only to have an unfavorable outcome in the re-exam?

Doesn't make sense that the USPTO is waiting on this case to make a decision with the 26th company signing today.

If the USPTO will have a decision in 30 days (or less hopefully) and if the new motions deadline is 12/12, wouldn' that mean that a MSJ has to be filed no later than 12/12 with or without the decision? 

Deal or no deal?  I'm almost (I say almost) inclined to say no deal Roger, hold out for more.  Of course I would be thrilled for all of us if a settlement is announced tomorrow.
