sealed. If there are also documents filed by TPL today, I imagine they will be sealed also - thus preventing us from any idea what exactly the paperwork is about, or am I out to lunch here?

Don't know for sure and not smart enough to figure it out. Thanks for all the DD and great knowledgeable posters on this thread.
