the markman ruling in the first release they made concerning 584. That flies in the face of what you were told and really confuses the issue in my view. I cannot believe the patent bubbas want to issue an opionion contrary to one that has already been decided in a federal court. I would think when that opionion was appealed it would lose out to the finding of the federal court. Not sure I am being very clear here. Perhaps it would be more succinct to simply say I beleive the court would carry more weight with another court. JMHO. BTW, I don't believe it will ever get to point of being an issue. I believe both PTO ruling and court outcome will both be a win for us. Good luck...
