this scenerio makes perfect sense on one hand, the other shows no volume spike(leak) and some of those who would get the leaked info. continuing to sell here.

This is going to be a tough climb without numbers and info that new investors can get their arms around. Assuming there was a quiet time...it has set back PTSC from building any momentum,imo.
