This case is about infringement not validity....Right?

As of this moment in time, TPL and PTSC hold valid patents

The Js are accused of infringing

The Markman was favorable to the Plaintiffs

If re-exam is not favorable to us, then we just appeal.  It seems that not having an answer from the USPTO has no bearing on infringment today.  It makes sense that Judge Ward would deny the stay unless the attachment to it is a first round draft of a settlement agreement.

Just talking out loud.....if I should color again, Tommeek please send me those crayons LOL
