While I thank you for your response (ALWYS appreciate YOUR posts) and I agree with you.....my question was more to the point that I do not think we would lose the whole lisence if Higgins does not have input. Would certainly help of course, but would not NECESSAIRLY mean the end of the road for in our case against Moore. Agree? Anyone?
