Remember how strong a case we had (or thought we had with Higgins) and how we were screwed by Fogel

Here's the parallel - Judges are always wildcards

 

A judge CORRECTLY used ACP which, incidentally, is what is being requested in this case. Please explain how adherence to the law makes one a "wildcard"?
