Getting back to the matter at hand, and let me preface this by saying that I am the last person that anyone would or should go to for legal advice or strategy but......considering the following points..

 1..a joint motion for a thirty day stay was granted

  2..Most agree that it was granted for reasons of working out a settlement.

  3...The stay was over Friday or Saturday and we expected some sort of acknowledgment from somebody on Monday.

  4...A pacer was filed on Monday by the defendants, sealed, which seemed to fit well with Milestone's "98" rule.

  5..It was postulated that it was a request for another stay and further postulated that JW would immediately refuse in the form of a Pacer or that PL/PTSc would counter with some sort of response.

   6...It's now Wednesday and nothing has been heard from JW or TPL/PTSC.....

  So................would it be completely off base to speculate that the Pacer filed on Monday was a settlement offer and is now in the "holding phase" while all concerned ready themselves for the release of the news ?.....Bartender
