...but the longer we go without a response to the defendants from JW, as a few others have noted the odds may increase that a settlement in substance has been reached in principle, and both sides are working out the details.  The "attachment" could be a "letter of intent" to settle, or something to that effect.  Idle speculation, to be sure, but a possibility IMHO.
