Can't argue with your post, and the points you make, EXCEPT to note that every shareholder has a right to express their opinion and request what they think should be done if they think it's not being done correctly.
As for Turley responding and caring, you point out that no CEO of a "200+ million dollar mkt cap company should spend more than 15 seconds caring about a non institutional non-controlling shareholder". Not to point out the obvious, but Turley's shareholder base does NOT include ANY institutional or controlling shareholders, so until he can rectify that situation, every shareholder here IS who he should be caring about. I hope his focus IS on creating a situation where there is 50% institutional holdings so that the retail voice can be silenced to a large extent. Until then........me or you telling someone who feels differently to sell their shares and move on is no different than them telling us that if we don't like hearing about shareholders criticizing management we should sell our shares and move on. White noise that doesn't add much to the conversation in my opinion.
