Good counters to Head's IMO goofy thought process.  "Tell us all about what the sealed document is about".  Duh, it's sealed for a reason!

Head also suggests that "most of the conjecture over the last few weeks has been inaccurate".  First, how do you KNOW?  The fat lady hasn't sung yet!  Also, there has been conjecture that has been basically proven inaccurate (e.g., PTO influence on the court).  It seems to me, if I'm recalling correctly, that the conjecture that has been inaccurate has been the conjecture that Head has been a party to/in agreement with.  Complaining about his own bad conjecture?

But, to be fair, I too (like everyone else) would sure like to KNOW what's really going on.  At this point, it isn't JT/PTSC or TPL we should be looking to, it's the court.
