Wow! "Hindsight is 20/20" would be an understatement here. You need to go back in time and visualize yourself as a floundering microprocessor design firm trying to break into a market with huge - I mean - HUGE barriers to entry. If you were to go back to that time you would find yourself hunting for financing under every rock and you would find that even your own rich mother would not finance you in a situation like that. Then along comes S&L to at least provide some lifeblood that allows you to have a pulse. Would you be thankful - AT THAT TIME even if the terms of that financing were stacked quite heavily in their favor? Of course you would. If not for them you would be at the unemployment office with Joey Boots over there on that other message board. To go back and rewrite history - ie your warrants redo - and to say you wouldn't have done this and you would have done that here is counterproductive to say the least. Give it a rest! Jeeeeesh!
