LOL, ain't that the truth! Though I think he could issue a shareholder letter and simply address the litigation as it is ongoing and when he can speak further about it specifcally he will and until then, he'll refrain from any comments on it.
Sometimes I think that we have very poor PR people as issues like the cancellation of the webcast, and similar items can be easily addressed without revealing anything substantial, but by the same token by addressing it benignly, you remove the speculation on the issue on PTSC's terms, instead of leaving all this conjecture that can hurt PTSC.
