NEW YORK, Dec 6 (Reuters) - IBM (IBM.N: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Thursday it has filed a complaint against Taiwan's Asustek Computer Inc (2357.TW: Quote, Profile, Research) and its North American subsidiary, ASUS Computer International, with the U.S. International Trade Commission.
International Business Machines Corp said three of its patents were infringed by some Asustek notebook computers and components. IBM said it sought an exclusion order against the importation of these hardware into the United States. (Reporting by Tiffany Wu, editing by Steve Orlofsky)
