I think it is possible the price has already gone up due to the pressure of getting the licence before the gavel drops concluding the litigation process.  The future licenses that are in negotiation are watching this litigation process just like we as shareholders are.  Since the overal sentiment appears positive for TPL/PTSC, I expect those in negotiation realize the danger of waiting just as the PR stated.
