Good Post. I feel fairly confident that Alliacense is not dropping the license fee just to get these companies signed up as some kind of show. I suspect that negotiations go on for quite some time and it is highly unlikely, once Alliacense indicates an amount, they would consider lowering it. By doing so, they would be showing weakness and in all liklihood the company would not even accept the lowered amount. So I think all of these signings are at what was orginally asked for and they are just trying to minimize the cost. I assume all offers come off the table if there is a settlement in East Texas. Why esle would they be rushing to sign up now? Other opinions? Opty
