Thanks for the clarification . I was already to ask if the CMC is a sucessional event - whether or not the ruling was ``thumbs up`` or not, and I saw BaNos comment over on RB that yes, it is in fact sucessional.
So at this point, I`m relieved to know there will be a ruling before (or maybe at?) the CMC, but we still have no indicators of the direction, which is probably the way it should be.
