What BOD should be doing...

They should be aggressively BUYING the stock on the open market. This stock (at a much higher price) could then be leveraged to purchace a LARGER company for a fraction of what it would cost if we used cash.This would greatly increase shareholder value which is the BOD number one responsibility.If the acquired company doesn't want stock, we could have a secondary offering (at a much higher price) to accommodate them. This makes so much sense to me that I can't believe they are not doing it. My God, if they don't have the same confidence that every shareholder has, then we are all in trouble. If I had all that cash in the bank and knew how to triple it and didn't, shame on me. IMHO
