I did mean licenses and not deals you are correct and you are correct that TPL does do that.  What I am more concerned with is that he finds other ways to grow the company other than the patents and that is what I am getting at.  That will take time and it will not happen over night.  I do not think going after the BOD right now though is the right idea and that is what my post was about.   I was just bring up the fact that Jim has said he does have a plan and those are what he has addressed.  Will he do that?  Only time will tell but he has laid out a plan to say he has not would be a lie.
