I disagree. There are 390M shares outstanding, and the average daily volume is roughly only 1M shares. While this is increasing, that's still ONLY 0.2% of the overall shares being traded daily. Until BUYERS step up en masse, the share price won't move significantly. Currently, it appears as some holders are willing to bide their time by flipping a few of their shares, but there hasn't been a concerted buying effort in quite some time. I think we need 2% to 3% or more of the OS (7M to 12M) being traded to generate any significant price movement.
