Do we know that an additional stay has been asked for ? I may have missed something but I thought the Pacer was sealed and as a result it's purpose remains pure speculation at this point.

  And looking at the speed in which the 30 day stay was jointly asked for and then granted and then comparing that to this situation where we are closing in on a week with no response from anyone is making it hard for me to believe that this was a request
