I have been wondering as everyone has, what could be going on behind the closed doors. Here you have three big companies, each out to protect there own interest. What is keeping the rest of them from abandoning each other? Individually, they have a responsibility to their shareholders. Why have we not seen another one bailout early with a better deal? What keeps them unified? The only commonality among them is their lawyers and their nationality right?

Ron suggested there might be some in fighting going on among the defendants. Why would they all go down on the sinking ship?

My thinking? TPL and PTSC have the them at there pain threshhold and is not relenting.
