This indicates that on average the population of buyers in the last

year is "on average" holding with a profit. This means that the "fear factor" is waning and that sellers are drying up.

any good news on Monday will propel the stock above 62 and will probably move it to around 65 cents.

It's like a spring being loaded... or a trigger being cocked.
