Thanks for the repost on the Rules
So..if the opposing party has 12 days to respond to the Js motion to stay and they haven't yet
And if Judge WArd can grant or deny the stay of his own accord (sue sponte) and he hasn't yet
Then doesn't it seem likely that neither of them has acted YET because the delay in responding is moving the settlement along without having to formally oppose, agree, grant or deny?
Just a thought.....
Anybody have a working crystal ball?
