I appreciate the woman in you.....LOL  Don't think the Js or anyone else involved in this case really look at Dec 7 as an in poor taste reporting day......I was the one who brought it up initially that wouldn't it be eerie if we had a settlement with Japanese companies on this date......never intended it to be a "stick it to them" kind of a meaning.  That being said......looks like it may not happen today anyway..
