We live in Sarasota along with B-Lunist et al and have lively luncheons. I now spend most of spare time in Costa Rica where we're developing property. Lots of europeans with E1.47 dollars.
Instead of desert meets the Pacific, it's jungle meets the pacific. Lots more to do, some of the best white water rafting in the world as the rain forest dump their intake down the face of volcanoes. Beers are still a buck and Cohibas are legal. Water is a constant 85 degrees with awsome surf when the gods feel like it.
This investment really tries my patience. Every other day I walk through the house proclaiming "todays the day" only to then try to hide after the close when the wife says "how much did we make today?"
