I'm surprised you choose next week over October, when the 30 day stay was pick up by pacer.

My money is burning a whole in my pocket, I may not wait it out and instead start adding to my PTSC holdings next week. I'm feeling very comfortable that the patents will survive the test with more then enough strength to merit the current $.61  a share.
