Which will be our "propellant"? While I understand where you guys are coming from, I'm thinking that if the settlement comes first and gets any media attention, THAT will be in front of the faces of potential investors, and they'd have to dig pretty deep to even find out that there are re-exams in process. And once they've dug that deep, they will have probably figured out that re-exams are more-or-less par for the course in patent litigation. And they'll see the same things we see - a big settlement with the Js ending the litigation, plus 28 prior licensees, many of which being the most recognizable names in the business.
Just something to think about.... IMO we forget that we KNOW so much more than somebody just happening along.
